We ducked into the Mud cafe to escape the rain and grab some brunch. We started off with chai lattes and they were delicious. Unfortunately the rest of the meal fell short. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. John ordered the banana pancakes, and I ordered the Mud panini. They both fell a little flat, some more seasoning would have been nice, and the pancake came with syrup already on it...which was dissapointing since John like most people like to control the amount of syrup they consume with pancakes. It was an ok brunch, the leaking ceiling they had over the porched in back area didn't help matters.

and by "control the amount of syrup" we all know IIII prefer the old addage: "more, more more more more more more..."
